Based in Keighley, covering Bradford District. 35 hpw SCP 35 £29,236 + up to 6% pension

Leading the Health Partnership Project: to strengthen the relationship between the Voluntary & Community Sector, the NHS, GP Alliance & other partners in the development and provision of health & well being services for all.

Main responsibilities:

·   develop and support the strategic relationship between the VCS and the NHS

·   leadership and liaison roles in partnership work between the VCS, NHS and local authority that relates to health and well being.

·   build capacity in the local VCS to provide effective services that address health and well being, tackle health inequalities, and are fully engaged in strategic planning processes.

·   project manage the district-wide Health Partnership Project & a small team at KIVCA
